What the the reasons that chat mod will ban you, and how long is it? Just trying to set a bottom line.

I don't think we should list reasons or "set a bottom line." Chat mods will use their discretion and adjust to exigent circumstance to arrive at a decision to kick a user and for how long.

Setting a set of rules here simply opens the door for a lot of Internet lawyering.

well then what is the ban time so if you get kicked you will know.

Default is 5 minutes (as we just found out :)), but that also is up to the mods' discretion.
