Custom map page layout

Virgil, could you please add the page links  page 1, 2, 3, ..  at the top of the maps list to the bottom as well? It's a small pain to have to scroll back up to get the next page of custom maps.

+1 When this sort of thing is implemented to any page like this it makes it a while lot easier. Always surprisingly easier I find

Yeah... I've been meaning to do this.  I'll be working on the maps and stuff later today so I'll try to take care of it then.
