You are too hard on yourself...
Yes... This is a difficult map... But it is one worthy of Martin Gronsdal's difficult puzzle maps...
While my several tries so far have been unsuccessful...  I am convinced that people will succeed with practice that have far better timing than I have been able to master so far in my dotage...
