Best map Demographics?

What is the best demographic to aim for when creating a map? I wanna know this so I can make better more fun maps.

EDIT: I should probably rephrase that as: What is the demographic of people who play CW?

look at maps that get played a lot, there are a lot of interesting ideas out there

mostly people look to the cutom maps for either a tough challenge (since the chronom maps now fullfill the role of a quick game when you have some spare time) or something out of the ordinary like some little quirk to the game that can take it in a whole new direction
