The map is somewhat... "railroady"?
There's just one choice to make, so this is not a challenge; it may give a bit of insight into how emitters work and how quickly (or slowly) things can progress.
I can see how this is not for everyone, and I agree that the map is somewhat misnomed, but I guess it is as it is.

Oh yeah, if you find the spot that nullifies all three emitters (which isn't hard), then you'll make that minimum time.
