I read the message you started the map with, and I'm not sure I agree with your assessment of LPAC.
LPAC, as originally designed, has quite a bit of activity to it. The eggs, the rocks, and the upgrades all fit together into a unique playstyle. They have meaningful choice while being dramatically different from the normal game.
These particular maps are boring because all the targeted actions are removed; there's practically no player agency. If it weren't for clicking the upgrade button occasionally, they'd be self-completing. They're neat to look at, but a lot of people are looking for more gameplay.

Can I ask why you disabled the eggs and rocks? And, maybe, could you consider re-enabling them?

The Rocks unit has some significant cheese to it unless the mapmaker uses a fixed version of the unit.  Rocks also aren't terribly useful - more of a fun unit to offer variety and just blast away a pesky unit here or there in a way that feels very satisfying (but is otherwise kind of a useless unit).

Eggs, on the other hand, offer distinct strategies.  The base game issues with cheesing Upgrades and Eggs were fixed months ago (Rocks cheese is a different problem).

Always enjoy the maps you make, thanks for this one as well!

Despite the fact that some consider it boring, it's clearly very well liked. This one is sitting on 25 likes currently, and the previous is at 35. Far higher than the bulk of the most recent maps we've seen lately. So keep it up. My only criticism about this one is it's entirely luck based. If you get lucky and free the emitter on the rift lab island early on, you'll win pretty quick. Otherwise it's a slog that takes an hour and a half. Still enjoyed it though.

Hi, LPAC maker here, I personally fixed the "rock cheese" script a while back on one of mine, where people can no longer possible win in under 4 minutes.
Rock: Targets * RNG * [ random number generator ] , AND it CANNOT be reselected after "placement(unpause)/exploding". BUT if you happen to place the rock and there are no targets around it, it will return the single one you placed.  If you want it to not demolish a specific target, say nullifier or sprayer, you can remove it from the target filters, do keep a copy of the filters in a commented line after if you dont mind. o.O
If you use the egg and feel the egg potent is too powerful, dupe the number, comment out the original and lower your new number.

Hi... Relying on the Spore RNG targeting is such a drag in all honesty, I was lucky to get an emitter in the first 30 minutes, it took near the 1h mark for the 2nd one to get released, after about 100+ spores and a bit of RNG luck ( pretty sure most people with this too, some with 80+ ) actually get progress.
It's not a horrible map, but because as such pain it drags us out.. Definitely played 95% of this map timer with 4x mode on the entire time.. Could've used an autoclicker, probably, forgot about those existing.

I had to use over 150 boosts on the launcher before I got anywhere. Ended up sticking it on 4x speed and going to do something else, then came back to finish it off. That bit was fun. Definitely could do with some way of targetting the nullifiers instead of solely relying on luck.

I went into this not expecting much action or interaction for that matter, but I felt a bit annoyed how once you cleared an island all that creeper just sits there going to waste.  I think it would have been far more satisfying if you added just a tiny mesh bridge going out from each emitter to another island or two and give that pooled creeper some use.  It is kinda fun to see a hundred spores fly out at once, but so frustrating to realize that you are still lucky to kill a tower or pylon every minute even with that.
