Skars and Lia stumble upon yet another Sleeper stronghold but this time it's swarming with numerous strafer, bomber and guppy platforms. There seems to be a new creeper unit. The Emitter Factory. Be wary and bring snipers or you'll be annihilated from the air. NOT A SLEEPER MAP #Long #Sleeper Units #Spitter #Defensive Mortar Tower #Artillery Platform #Medium Difficulty Bugs Known - Sleeper Mortar Towers don't fire anti air beam as intended. - Random unit spawning at the top right. I have no idea why.

I'll do the trick to how I did this map. It all lies with controlling the forward platform with 4 ore deposits and the bountiful energy crystal

You first would want to build a energy network of numerous collectors and put siphons on those crystals. Then send your PZ bombers to the top and bottom right corners and bomb the sleeper collectors in one trip. You won't destroy them all but it will make it easier for you to do so later. Now position your pulse cannons at the furthest top and bottom left corner of your base on that terrain 4 row to keep the emitter creep busy while you then take the forward platform and insert 2 snipers in the front with the bombers covering the bottom, top and left sides. After thats done take your bombers and put them on repeat (I forgot to say cover all ore deposits in mines on the get-go) before bombing that 4 ore deposit platform.

Now that you have numerous beams there and a valid defense take your sprayer and set it in the center of that platform and put on Always On so that way it acts like it's own emitter. Now thats taken care of build a forge then dump 1 upgrade into energy and ore efficiency then the remaining 50 aether into fire range this way you get to use less reactors and make ore mines more profitable. At this point you are wondering how I should push forward with all these sleeper units coming after me. It's simple you get the PZ strafers and fire them down and retarget your bomber also to hit sleeper targets. Take the 2 emitters near your base out and put beams on them while you build up pulse cannons and mortars to push along the top or bottom border of the map before you inevitably end up at the enemy base and there you go

Great map, Mr. Hyper!

There are plenty of initial challenges, but also plenty of resources. Very well balanced. My preference was to use the bombers to take out the two forward emitters to get a couple of PZ's for beams to prevent the Sleeper units from getting in range. You can use the PZ strafers to quickly kill all 4 emitters in the two corners btw.

The custom units are pretty cool, and it was pleasantly surprising to see that they weren't killed by AC or Berthas, and that they are also immune to freeze. That makes things more challenging, especially if you don't pause the game. Pausing while taking down the final bosses will make it much easier, but it's also possible to do at max speed w/o pausing if you prefer.

Can't think of anything that's not cool about this map, actually. Well, the custom units seemed to cause a little lag for me but that's my fault for using the oldest computer in the house, lol.  :P Great mission!
