Was playing along,  I was like I think I'll get even the reclaim victory by 12 minutes.. suddenly the spore announces itself, I built extra defensive sprayers, and it fires spores directly at one of the microrifts, destroying it.  Oh, so it's going to be that type of mission, is it.   :P  Luckily that's not defeat, but it makes both objectives harder.
