Bug to build stuff before start in training simulator is still there

Except that it is in a different form.
Steps to reproduce:

0. Start a map and press P very early. It only is there for a split-second, so it might take several tries to get it.
If you get it correct then it should look like the first attached image, but without the stuff built.

1. Place stuff, but do not let it connect to the city just yet.

2. Select the final building that will be used to connect the city to the rest of the setup, unpause with P (the opening text will be shown) and click to put it down.

3. Wait for everything to be built.
