The tool works exactly as stated, but I fail to see how one would explain/justify it in a map.


Don't get me wrong. It has a good bit of scenario potential, but you will need to think up some technobabble gobbledygook doubletalk that sounds sensible to explain it away.

This map was fairly easy even without the reducer, though its a interesting concept

Balance would probably be hard, in the first parts of the map it's quite weak, and when it reaches <300 it quickly gets very OP
