When do you get the Thor tech in Loki?

                           collect the one
                      artifact that is available
              and then play until another
       artifact appears. Once you obtain that
2nd artifact you can construct Thor.

Unessary moving text should be deleted by the MODs ,
plz do when it's only used for fun .
