In this mission, you have only one for each different unit >" mean 1 Colector, 1 Reactor, 1 Relay ..." and same as your weapons, titans and CN, you only get one for each. So you need to use them wisely instead of spam them everywhere. Lucky, Thor is available or it will not be possible (you can try if you want) ,and the energy is infinity so do not need to care about there is only one reactor to power.
