How?

Massive aether but no singularity to make use of it.  I don't see that I have the firepower to force a landing otherwise.

AoOs. Come back for them with Guppies once you've done the initial tech-grab and then picked up the main lot. The Mass and the Freeze can take out the Inhibitor, and the Conversion can reduce the amount of damage you need to do to get the rest of the tech.

It may be possible to grab the Relay tech first, and pick up more units early (they're cheaper than Collectors), but I don't know that it would make a great deal of difference.
