Desc:
The Command Carrier is a jack-of-all-trades ship. It has fighters, cannons, missiles, a port to re-supply other ships, and both reactors and guppys to re-supply itself, and even a discharger to protect itself and others from EMPs. It's main shortcoming is the light armor, but with its long-range influence it should be kept off the front lines anyway.
