That's odd, I just tested and it seems to work fine on my end. When you connect the tech artifact to your network it should start receiving packets. It takes 10 packets to charge it and activate the bertha. Did it not even send packets when you connected it?

Funny ACertha, (so you see, here it works!) and it fits pretty nicely in the concept of the series! However, I feel a bit overpowered, I use to end up with half a dozen or more PZ-Berthas, making the 1k emitter a piece of cake (ok, the cake is a lie!)
I already fear the day when it comes to the final chapter of Strikefleet Delta.
