Vaguely eye shaped. If your eye nhas yellow stuff in it, you should see a doctor.

Two things. First, this feels as if it could have the front coached or a lathe attached in the 3x3 clear space. Another lathe is always useful. Second, there are circumstances in which eye colour can become a leonine yellow. If this is not your eye colour, you do have a problem.
