GoodMorning

A narrative is a lightly-marked path to another reality.

The wiki says it doesn't do anything :)

But alas, I'm working on my next map.  :-X

I wonder, what is the scale of the units? Is a CN better measured in cm or km? The terrain feels like the structures are between 3 and 10m across, but the Creeper would have to be a very compressible liquid in that case.

I have a feeling the creeper is like molasses or something, it moves so slowly.

Search "molasses flood". It moves quite slowly in small quantities, or near a wall, but the bit next to that moves a little faster... until a wave swallows everything in its path.

I would go for a compressible liquid. That explains how it can move so slowly, and also the terrain behaviour. It only compresses when it's piled up.

Still, even at 3m, the Pulse Cannons would be impressive, and the Berthas would be a sight. The 7m dome of a CN would be impressive.

Was it ever stated what the "ore" is? (And why was it yellow and finite in CW2, but blue and unlimited in CW3?)

Virgil! We need an explanation!

I know well of the molasses flood. I had to study it and other similar incidents.

Nebulous

Considering how it goes into a planet, it must be large. Just the Story section of it is a giveaway there.

The ore could be finite in CW2 and infinite in CW3 because the Ore Mine is much more efficient in keeping the ore deposit together. Change in the color could be just tarnishing. Skars was asleep for quite some time (billions of years!).

Johnny Haywire

Wow dude, I just came across this map - AMAZING job with it! It's still a CW3-map for the most part and the units aren't all that bizarre (considering it's a Sorrontis map). The ending is spectacular.

I let the entire map get drenched in AC at least 50-deep all over before trying anything fancy. Didn't read the spoilers beforehand, but I got lucky when the thing went... as someone else said... "Haywire".

Absolutely fun map! Hope you're having loads of fun making maps in Particle Accelerator Wars or w/e it is.  ::)

You disagree with this sentence, don't you?
