Main ship "Lost Forever"

It appears I did something stupid.  While editing a map I wanted to put the main ship somewhere else to test sizing, so I pressed destroy.  Well since I had the map set so the ship being destroyed is mission over, it now says "Lost Forever".  Now I can't continue working and testing.  Is there some hidden way to restore the ship or have I found a bug?

Either you or someone else has reported this before. Virgil asked that person for a game save showing the problem. 

Maybe you can oblige by uploading a save file?

Ah, I see the problem. There is a fix...

Just let the game run for 38.6 days of game time.  So only 9.5 days at 4x speed and you;ll have your CHQ back. :)

See if the attached is any better.  I'm made it so that the "Reset Time" button in the editor will recover a "HQ Lost Forever".  That will be a fix in the next game build.  In the mean time I just fixed your map and have posted it here.
