Second try at a map. This is not intended to be an easy or quick mission although some of you will likely find a loophole I missed. There are a variety of ways to beat most elements and several attack paths. Would love to hear some feedback on the forums. Thanks!

Yes this is very good. I started in effect twice:

Spoiler
I started top left, and once I had one energy mine and 4 omnis I destroyed my HQ and respawned on the right. I then built in the west whilst my omnis went to work in the East.

I am guessing this was intended as the main battle was in the middle of the pitch?

Glad you liked it! Whoever played first gave it a 1/10 rating... not sure why :/

Kinda wish you had to at least leave a comment when doing a 1/10 so I know what people don't like it.

Spoiler
You are correct.. Originally I had intended to force you to start on the right, sneak around the center base from below and slowly choke it out till you can mount an attack from the back(left side). After testing it I decided it was too much of a grind so I toned down the left half allowing you to start there if desired with a small fleet in a couple locations.

Spoiler
I found it easiest to slowly sneak omnis from the top to the east of the land mass to take the mine there. The top of the map is then easy to take

Fun map, I liked having to sneak behind enemy lines, but it also was a bit slow waiting on omnis to mire enough so I could get the next emitters. And all my big ships were just sitting there waiting, because I was too nervous to push before I fully took the back. The gameplay of this map is a great idea, and I think to refine it would include more multitasking for the player. It would be fun to actively fight on two fronts at the same time, instead of mostly waiting for one to finish. I've enjoyed both your maps so far, looking forward to playing the next one.

I was trying to think of an idea for my next map... thanks for the input! :)

Played with great pleasure. Quite perfect balance in game play scenario.  For me most difficult was shortage of LATHEs.

Thank You for creating of good game!  :)
