Not too bad; if you're quick about it, you can grab all four bonuses before starting to build up. As usual, lots of reactors, lots of SAMs, and when you get a chance, some storage to replenish the SAMs after an attack; hold off  using blasters until you're ready to start spreading. I guess these same principles work in lots of situations...
