[SUGGESTION] Ship Sharing

So I don't know if this is already planned or not, but I wanted to get this out there.

I would love to have a way to share what ships I've made in-game. Like the exchange, but for ships. Or perhaps you might even put them in the existing exchange.
So here are a few ways that I've thought of doing this:

1. Add ships to the main exchange and allow them to be filtered out/in.
2. Create a new version of the exchange, say, the "database," and possibly have filters like "has missiles" "takes longer than 120s to build" etc.
3. If the above seem like they'd be too much trouble or would get too many ships in them, switch out "ships" with "fleets." AKA instead of allowing the posting of custom ships, allow the posting of entire custom fleets, like presets that people can use for missions.
