[Suggestion] Display Tanker range when moving ships

Energy Mines always display their range on the map, making it really easy to know your limits when positioning your fleet for maximum Particle annihilation.  Tankers, however, only show their range when you mouse over them, which is decidedly unhelpful for positioning a ship.  When you have a ship (or Omni I guess?) selected, the Tankers should also display their Port range indicator(s).

When in range, a thin line connects the port module with the bridge position.
