Good show.

Sprayers with the collector set make a nice deep pile of AC. Perfect for feeding the pump, and occasionally enough (when backed by a platoon of mortars and cannon) to flip an emitter.

i failed to flip any emitters (didn't grab the message til i was down to one enemy emitter ::)), but i did kill the C ones and got a win without killing the AC ones.

ran around the edges with PC's, shields and some terps and got them with not too much difficulty, had some strafers too to take the edge off

How do you even start this map?  The creeper starts overflowing the banks long before I can get out of power deficit mode.  I can't build enough weaponry to keep it at bay to even reach an omitter to flip or destroy it.

Mostly pick which ever size has AC for the starter. Get some energy up, i even start to build a forge, as you can easily reach at least one totem, easily. build a weapon or two, for when the thing spins to the side your on. It not to hard, but just may take getting use to the map a little.

then you are doing your early build wrong i'm afraid. first build one thing at a time until your energy is in the green.
try not to go into deficit at all, and if you are just build one power supply system at a time until you aren't
i'd suggest a start like the pic i attached, the units are laid out as i want them, but i'll use "c" to disable them until i'm ready to build them.
i think i built all the collectors then some reactors and the blasters at the same time, then mortars then terps and i was pushing toward the first emitter by the time i finished the terps
the priority is to hold the sector you start on and then spread out along the banks and kill the emitters, a terp (or two) is helpful on this mission

The easy way (~8min) is to fill up four Sprayers at an AC Emitter, then fly them over the flippable Emitters. Blow them up as they are directly over the Emitter, and you can flip them without a fight. The middle doesn't even need to be attacked, nor the roving tower.
