Scoring bug on CW3?

Best explained by a screenshot. How is 58.7 new/improved over 58.5?
This is on Map 2560 if relevant

I did. You can see the 58.5 there on the scoreboard.

Also why are both scores equal to 9839? Is there something about scoring I don't understand.

The scoring may not change with every 0.1 seconds. Your scores are the same, so that may be triggering a ">=" check for that "new improved" message.
