The fourth resource... is it PZs or AoOs?

My plan was to nullify the anti-fly in the lower right to free up the totems but them immediately travel to the upper right to make my base with the free energy.  A dozen guppies got the totems up and running along with 8 berthas. 
The upper right actually made the leap into the fray.  They managed to establish a toe hold before the berths came on-line.

The digitalis was extremely annoying.  If anyone shot it the creeper would leak out and destroy my stuff.  So I had to keep cannons and mortars turned off.

While in theory you can have all the resources I can't see it actually happening--you have to fight your way near the nullifier to get to the other resources so why not kill it in passing?
