Question about ammo settings

I have a question about CRPL ammo options. Can i set ammo request delay to friendly unit? In that list i can't see somethink like that : http://knucklecracker.com/wiki/doku.php?id=crpl:docs:getunitattribute

It's this setting:
CONST_PACKETREQUESTDELAY    The delay between packet requests for the unit. Only works for CRPLTowers.

It only works on CRPL cores, not built-in units.
