So far, its the hardest Secret Labs map I created yet.
Defending is hard.
Not much space for building reactors, best way make it so : CRRRC
C-collector,R-Reactor
Then you have to fight a long way to capture the low ground.
Capping is expert only. You'll need at least 12 blasters, but the space...^^

Wow! That took a little while, but fun map! 32 minutes wasn't bad, but think someone could do 25 min.

I take a bit too much time^^
But you noticed the energy leck?
I built much of the reactors outside so nearly inside the Creeper, and a few blasters to defend, then evrytime a bit more expanding.
At fin, the spores are really heavy or not? 15 all minute. I used an "U" of sams, around the main tower.

Agreed, it was a bit difficult to start at first, but manageable.  Here is how it looked at the end for me. Obviously you can tell I started on the left side.

not bad.
I had more blasters in capping position(sry forgot to make an image)
So ALL around the emitter blasters.

The way you have it setup... they wont work until the creeper submerses them by one whole level.

it was just that the wall the emitter was placed on, was (i dont know how) undestroyable.
So the emitter could never produce something.
It was like:

W+E

Yes, there is a good reason for this behavior. It is caused by the update that prevented walls from decaying until creeper was at the proper terrain height. This actually used the creeper level at that point instead of the terrain level, so 2 units of creeper in a wall on terrain level 1 would behave as a wall on terrain level 3. See here for a discussion of a variety of different wall-related bugs, data, and oddities.

Wow!
Sure glad that battle is over.
The center Emitter kept killing my collectors (with 12 Blasters in place), but eventually they lasted long enough to finish.

Glad it's done and thank you for putting this one together.

I will build much more, and I think I will keep this difficulty level from now, maybe its a bit alternating, but not as easy than the first 6 missions.
I think so at level 10 youll have the full weapons pack(without Thor of course^^)
Then its going to test all your battle, clearing, and good building skills(like here, i needed three tries to find the right capping position

with less blasters the collectors are destroyed, and thats not so good for connecting totems^^

I ended up with this:

Even with those 4 center Blasters sitting right on top of the Emitter, the 'flare ups' would occasionally kill the connectors.

I was just glad to finish...but now I see that you've just posted another one.

I better get busy if I want to finish before breakfast.

Wow that was Creeper Hell.  That's about the hardest map I can do at any speed.  Thanks for making this series.  That map was SICK.
