well a hint would be: move fast and be efficient. if you can control the first section you can do the rest at your leisure.  :D

and a bit more than a hint, if you get a load of reactors built you can dig open the terrain above the emitters and nullify them, and the gateways, before the creeper decays the terrain that releases the drones. then you can dig down the right hand side to the AC pools at the bottom of the map and then kill the drones section by section
