the mad scientist has escaped again and is really out to collide some creeper today. we had another minor accident and so you'll need to pick up some techs too, how does that keep happening?

I can't seem to figure out how to get the anticreeper effects.  How does one make that happen?

Actually I found the answer today: once creeper density reaches a certain number, it automatically converts to Anticreeper.
