I want to explain my negative vote (and I think also the other ones). The map has no any challenge, only time and time of boring waiting to destroy so much creeper... It isn't fun at all.

I gotta agree with him and say that this was just a time eater. Zero challenge and I spent most of the time with the game muted and minimized while watching Avengers for the 47th time. You should add a a crystal in it which would cut the slog down by a good 30 mins with the additional power avail.

While I could easily beat the time I just posted for this map, the sheer boredom involved would no doubt end up with me being comatose by the end of it. 

You build up the energy, build the weapons, then go out shopping while it plays.  There is no challenge to this map where it could have had so much going for it.

The base design is a good one, has plenty of prospects, but that is as far as it went for this specific map.

Would love to see the maker do a little more work with it to make it more of a challenge while making it somewhat shorter.  Especially for some who will be trying it on older machines.

Fourth'd or whatever. To the left of my ship I built a bunch of vertical double width tubes to cram in reactors and research facilities. To the right I built a serpentine double width tube to give the 'nty-n' million dense pockets of creeper plenty of room to expand so I could kill them.

Then I closed the window when I realized this map was all about an exciting six hours of staring at mortars firing.

Seriously, this is a text book example of what is not fun. If any one of the creeper pockets had schematics for conversion bombs, then I suspect I would have finished the map and it would have a lot fewer downvotes.

The takeaway here is not "Don't make more maps"  !!! The takeaway here is "don't make more maps that involve multiple hours of THE EXACT SAME THING. Lab 1 I finished and more or less enjoyed. You have promise, and good ideas. And bad ideas. Just make sure you release good maps along with the bad ones. =P

This map had possibilities, but it does not exploit them and it just became a long drawn out bore.  If you are going to have the maximum amount of creeper in a room without it transforming into AC or vice versa and not have the opportunitiy for experimentals to use, then don't bother posting it.  I can see maybe one or two rooms like this without the experimentals, but ten rooms and six hours of the same thing is nothing but overkill.

I agree with Bla3. The takeaway here is don't make maps with multiple hours of the axact same thing.

i agree with bla3 and kilroyinc. this map is good. even better if there was AC maker and emitters

I liked it! I watched Battle Los Angeles, Ghostbusters II, Rise of the Humanoids, AND L.A. Confidential while playing it ONCE. :P

Do I get a cookie or something for completing it?
