Custom Map: Hunker Down

I've tried moving to the side yet I just cannot produce enough energy to keep enough blasters going. This map is soul breaking.

Additional hint is: do not moving the Odin City in the begining and create the collectors network over the whole flat (but do not try to protect all the network, protect only the small area with enought number of reactors. 11 blasters should be enough for protections in the beging.
