I do not support self-replicating creeper.  Too much work for CW 1.  Maybe CW 2.

Now, player-created creeper may still be interesting.

Like, a "negative" energy, spreading through the terrain as cold rather than heat.

I'd do black or white. it would be cool to do creeper that fought other creeper and you, or make a super creeper that is really unfair like you have to beat the crap out of it to get rid of it, no slow dieing process. it would simply take a slightly bigger patch to implement creeper customization to the game, probly only fitting for the expansion or version 1.5 considering those kinds of big changes are only put into expansion packs. but it would be cool.
