Well, I finally beat it, it's really hard, just on the verge of Expert Only, it requires a lot of firepower, and good usage of available space.

I was a little bit surprised that I produced 30 energy  ;D

Just requiring a lot of firepower doesn't make a map hard, much less "expert only"...

Eh, I'm just an average player, so it took me quite awhile to beat, near expert only enough for me.

I had trouble capping two emitters and had to fall back several times, now that I know what to expect, I might re-try it again sometime.

I'd like to know how Miss Melissa does it though.
