It might be interesting/useful to be able to implement a "Move to front/back" function for objects placed on a map.

hey thats a great idea dj, with 100 collectors under odin some of those spores are bound to land on it, the only problem is i think the collectors will appear on top of the city

Then this problem can be overcome.

I'll make a note to look at this.  Not sure if I can do something about it till I take a careful look.  It depends on how the city and the structures are managed z order wise.

could you maybe make it so we can decide what their z-coordinate is?

Do you even know what you are asking for?   :D

djcian

this would be great because you can make it look normal and still do cool things with overlapping buildings like placing collectors in one spot to draw spore fire and putting relays under Odin City to increase its connection range.  there is just so much creative stuff you can do with overlapping buildings  :D
grant me the serenity to accept the things i can not change, the courage to change the things i can, and the wisdom to know the difference

well i know what he means but i dont know if it's possible
