It's weird isn't it? All those dams tend to break when it rains.
Well, what's harder than one breaking dam? Well two of course.
And what's harder than two breaking dams? Well if one of them is very close to you, and you don't have any reactors to build up a nice energy supply.

Fun map... my first strategy didn't work very well... not enough energy to contain those two emitters  :P

I love it very much how they force you to stay out of a deficit at all times, while you already haven't got enough energy.
