I think your English is perhaps a handicap here. If an object is not 3-dimensional, it can at best be a surface and does not have a top, left, right, front and back side. Only 3-dimensional objects can those aspects.

The answer for the shape is'nt an shape with an "3D name" , if that makes more sense =P
