If you are going to make a level that is only beatable using a glitch, at least provide some information on how to perform said glitch.

The crimson creeper is very close to the true max limit.  It just needs a slight nudge to flip over from creeper to AC.  Starting the game with the rift lab inside the crimson causes it to push out waves right away and burn up about 6 million creeper before the wall falls.  3 million is still too much to deal with but to wipe out 6 million in about one minute means the solution is something along those lines.  I assume those ERNs are placed strategically and there's a lot of eco (trees).

And the title is "When the wall falls" which might be a hint as to the solution like timing something to happen just as the wall fails.

I tried your suggestion of starting the rift lab in the creeper, but nothing happened, and the lab exploded. Moving the lab from safe ground into the back of the creeper, so that the lab drops into the top of the creeper, causes the flip, but it stops at the 3 mil mark like you said.

The only completion time at the time of this message, done by the map creator, is 5:04. The wall falls exactly at the 5 minute mark. Being a reclaim objective, the delegate would have needed to charge, so the creep was completely eliminated before the wall falls, which removes your idea of some solution regarding the level name.

Sorry, I thought I remembered correctly while watching the hypnotic22 livestream on Discord for this map.  You are correct.  Rift lab has to land in the creeper, not start in it to get it to go.  I was mostly impressed with the rapid rate at which creeper wiped itself out.  3 million crimson is still too much creeper to deal with.

Haven't got a clue my self.
Only real thing I found odd was a random 300 energy crate inside the delegate tower.
It's placed such that you can't reach it without clearing the creep at least a bit. (closest you can get is one tile away)

I think the solution definitely has to do with the displacement causing it to  turn to AC.
I got to around 2 mil creeper using cannons. Tried filling up the whole thing with cannons but it's hard in 5 min plus didn't do much.
My best strat was to spread out around 30-40 cannons while trying to place them in the same time frame.

The fact that he has 500 units and half of them dying is a clue he might have used this tactic, and all before the wall drops

To my best knowledge my solution was glitchless.  Overflow might look like a bug but it is explicitly a feature and was intentionally included in CW4 by KC; the short description of overflow is that if creeper levels on a tile exceed 2147 then it flips to 2147 anticreeper.

Not including puzzle in the tags was a mistake, the hardest part of the map is figuring out the strategy.

It has finally fallen. Not giving an answer, but maybe fire posts a hint or two here now.
