Make choice of techs

Comments would be welcome, especially as I think this is my best map so far. Actually not difficult as-in difficult to complete. However, not easy to complete quickly. My first 2 runs were closer to 20 minutes, and third one was already "routine", so I was able to run it quite fast.

Also, I was surprised which tech group seemed to be easier/faster.

I wasn't able to find a way to cheat with the tech selection, it seems you really have to make the choice.
