Rip me forever. It's cool with the 4 sleeper nodes but the code relies on you destroying at least 1 CN not multiple. But I find this map quite unsatisfactory considering the amount of sleeper units that haul themselves at my base and I have next to no resources to stand up against such numbers.

Luckily for me I am experienced in beating these sleeper maps so this one wasn't too hard (I go as another username sometimes).

Baseline is that you snatch the top right tech with spare CNs then zip to top left where it's not a good place considering the lack of resources.

Do note not to add too much aid to the sleeper that was my mistake with Oblivion Demo but it's a demo so that doesn't count. Also inhib was ez to blow up

Hmm every time I've played it
1, I placed both of my cn top left island & left middle island
2, I get both energy packs, middle island destroy spore tower and put a beamer on as fast as possible to knock out incoming enemies
3, start to build up reactors and get your area ready to push.

That's the way I start it!

These statements are paradoxical and cannot both be true. You can't both be experienced at beating these maps and struggle with this one. And if you struggle with the map, is that the map's fault or your own? People might say math is stupid because they can't figure it out, but... well, if I have to explain that analogy then it won't matter anyway.  ;)

Either:
1) "On my first try I had plenty of resources to stand up to such numbers. Why? Because I am experienced in beating these sleeper maps..."
or
2) "It took me several tries because I had next to no resources to stand up against such numbers. Why? Because I'm not that experienced in beating these sleeper maps..."

For me, this was a rare occasion where I saved the map, only because I wanted to kill the runners nest at the start (I hate runners) and collect most of the berthas before I built a base, so that made it just a little tight. But if you've done some of the more difficult Sleeper maps, you really don't need to save this one.

I actually really liked this one... it's annoying when you kill one enemy CN and the whole map ends. This is definitely one of the better Sleeper maps out there! I liked having to pick off the enemy CN's one by one and making them suffer for being purple. Yes, I'm that one-eyed-one-horned-flying-purple-CN-eater you've heard about.  :P

Thanks for the map!  ;D ;D
You disagree with this sentence, don't you?

Whoa! Talk about a blast from the past. That took me right back to high school.

I should've been more specific but I really hate doing that because i need to cut time on making these. Struggled at beginning while ez in the end I don't see how you needed to reply to my review or are you butthurt that I rated it a 1  which I will add to my review that I found this map very tedious to play

If you could let us know the names/numbers of the maps you have created, maybe we could all learn to do better by playing them.

No, friend... not at all hurt. I needed to reply to your review because I have a psychological disorder which compels me to correct glaring inconsistencies. All you needed to say was that you struggled with the map and my facial tick would've never started.

Experienced players won't struggle at all with this map. That's all I'm saying.

As far as rating maps is concerned... feel free to rate maps however you want - use math & reason or just straight-up emotion. Totally up to you.

Personally, if I struggle with a map then I'm impressed by the map-maker (like Jason Stevens, for instance. Or Sorrontis. Great map-makers.) When someone beats me in a strategic game, I congratulate them. I mean, think about it - if someone beats me and I call them "stupid" then what does that make me?  :-\

Cheers, mate and hope you enjoy the game!

A challenge that one! I resisted the urge to keep flying snipers over on suicide missions, on reflection I regret that! I t was stisfying to completely control the map and squeeze the sleeps into a corner. I am not a big fan of the random element of sleepers though but these recent missions have been fun.
