So How on earth is 7:22 possible? I can get 7:35 but not a fraction of a second more.

i have no idea but i am more confused of how 2 people have 4 min on it

Didn't even see those. No matter how I try and see it I don't think it's possible with the units available. Unless there is a huge game mechanic I don't know about, like moving a nullifier.
