It may seem like you have a choice, but do you really? This is another "sleeper units" map that is NOT A SLEEPER MAP. #Toggle-Pump #Pump #Spore #Heavy-Creep #Sleeper-Strafer #Sleeper-Beam #Runner #Flip-Emitter #Capture-Emitter #Aether-Factory Good luck!!

The sleeper beamers aren't vulnerable to all the things that sleeper units are supposed to be vulnerable to.  Strafers, cannons and anticreep have no effect - only nullifiers work.

They're also capable of targeting units that have already landed in some circumstances - this feels wrong.

I think indecision might be a choice but I'm really not sure. I'm guessing we're supposed to land on the right side and just work from there... well, that way works at least.

LOTS of strafers coming in! Beams firing all over the place... pretty cool. Really liked this map!

Tried doing the map without using any Mass Drivers, but it was taking too long so I had no choice but to use them. Even used the Thors. I feel like I should maybe join a 12-step recovery program after admitting that.  :o

This is another challenging map that just requires a little pausing at the start, but then it's pretty much careful, steady progress from there.  Be sure you have enough beams to handle the huge wave of strafers, and you'll be golden.

Thanks for another cool strafer map!  ;D ;D
You disagree with this sentence, don't you?

Nice. The start requires a lot of precise planning and timing, and the constant pressure of Strafers is a great addition.

! but !

The beamers are cheaters. Once you've flown in their range, they keep on targeting you until you are dead. Even if you fly away or land. This is.... silly.

and

Once you have taken the northern region, you have to break through to the south. But the invincible beamers make this difficult, and forces a slow and frankly tedious ground assault over the middle ground.

Yes indeed, I don't think the left is a viable option.  Glad you liked the map!!

I agree the beams pose a tedious rather than interesting problem - and they cheat ;)

I just published "Choose Your Start Bonus" (normal difficulty and hard version).  This resolves the tedious issues created by beams.  Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to prevent the sleeper AA unit from cheating as you described...

If you're thinking about playing this map, I'd suggest checking out "Choose Your Start Bonus" instead, which addresses some short comings in this map for more enjoyable game play.
