Maybe some other day. I just don't have the fortitude for this today. Almost no energy - that can get wiped out on every spore salvo. Some weak AC emitters - haven't checked if there are flip emitters, but for sure, there's a great insufficiency of everything. Good luck to the hardy souls attempting this.

I always appreciate the time and effort folks put into making maps to play, but your restrictions on game pieces make this a non-starter.
If you do a version without restrictions, I would love to give it a go.

Lack of shooting units other than strafers, low energy, main focus on AC... all fine. The thing that really made this map unenjoyable for me was the spore salvos that you can't defend against on top of this. Since there is no way to get your AC levels high enough to protect your units from spore impacts, the single theoretical defense is the shield. But with almost no energy, there is no way to get anything resembling proper shield coverage.

A slow march forward type game is OK. But having to rebuild random parts of your setup once a minute gets old really fast. Enough that I'm not even remotely motivated to figure out ways to improve on how I use the few resources available. I would probably have finished this map if it didn't have spores.

Lightforger

This map is pretty good once you figure out the trick to stopping the spores: build shields, disarm, re-arm before a spore hits.
It only takes 12 energy + 45% hp off the shield, giving it the same efficiency as a beamer (but manual)

The anticreep should definitely be sucked up and fired at the front lines.

Once you have a 2 or more PZ reactors and forge upgrades you can just use blasters as normal - and a forge shot for the inhibitor

Interesting green non default map color but the unit limits and similar issues make it not the best to play.
