The particulate are forming a huge ship. Stop them before it's too late!

Did you intend for this to be a speed-run map? If that's the case you might want to have an enemy ship that is ready to attack within 3 minutes at the most.

If that wasn't your intention, perhaps protect the "Enemy Megaship" with some mines & guns and/or particle emitters or something to prevent a fast victory.

Also, be sure to put a power source (i.e., an enemy mine) near the ship so it can power up some weapons. I restarted the game just to see the big ship. It looks really cool which is great if you're just all about art, but it doesn't function because it has no link to any source of power. It takes more than 20 minutes to build any sort of weapons on it, and it's easy to just run around it and snipe the ship spawner.

On top of that, the ship will eventually suicide @ 27:18 into the blue emitter in the bottom right.

Neat concept, and I hope you keep learning & making maps  ;)
