Some CRPL is used in this map to create small challenging area. I created simple scripts, but it appears to be a bit hard specially on the first custom spore. If you don't get through this spore, try to work with no-landed units. Made the 16/07/2016 C.V (Fr)

That comment of working with no landed units makes no sense, Units have to land to fire, If you mean fly the CN overhead to build your nullifier, There is no area that I found that I could direct the CN to land on that would allow me to fly over the nullifier to build it.

At the very least you should have given us a little more real estate for collectors or gave us the reactors that we have to destroy since 1 mortar is not enough to clear that area around the spore tower

I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do."

I think this map has had a harsh reception judging by the scores. It is a rare map that actualy gets harder as you prpgress and maintains a real challenge throughout. The CRPL effects are well done, discreet and stylish.

I enjoyed this a lot, I am not always a fan of maps were there is only really one method and your game play is dictated but this was very well executed.

GoodMorning

I think that what qualifies as a real challenge for you may be in the "impossible" bin for me.

At the least, it hits the target for "too difficult/scripted to bother returning to" without a walkthrough.

Clearly I am not the target of this map type. :)

I think he means to beat this island with the first spore you must hover units in the air. I used one unit as bridge between the nullifier and a collector just to the north of the island. The spore does not fire at nullifiers. I also hovered two mortors and touched them down just long enough to let off one bomb and then moved them. The spore will only fire if a unit touches down for a full second or so.

GoodMorning

I couldn't find a way to generate Creeper-free ground on which to place the Nullifier. Shields weren't enough, nor Mortars. Is it a matter of bridging to the side islands and then using in-flight units to get a Nullifier south of the Spore? (It's possible that I had insufficient power after trying to use the Reactor islands.)

I cleared one reactor for a mortor. To intialy clear the creeper I sent over about 6 or 7 units to clean up and then just kept the 3 hovering units to keep it at bay. The nulifier goes on the level 9 terrain and is connected by a floating unit. Would you like a screenshot?

Attached image.

The cannon never touches down, the mortors touch down just long enough to get a shot off then instantly move, the spore never fires. Pause button essential!

GoodMorning

Thanks.

From somewhere I had the idea that I needed to clear the floor for Collectors. Or at least part of it.

It's not often in CW3 that bridging is essential.

Thank you cha - this is the best level I have played in weeks.  Keep up the good work. It's a real puzzler but patience will win :-)

Ah, Thanks for the explaination, This is not a map for me. Pausing and micromanaging is not what I consider fun or entertaining. This map sounds like it is too much work.

Even when this map is pretty old - it's still a brilliant challenge!
I haven't had the idea
Spoiler
with the hoover-bridges but I managed the needle's eye with a lot of pre-loaded cannons on the other side, I don't consider that as better, but it worked, too!
