i cant figure out how to not get flooded. not enough energy. to fight back ty

contain the enemy, but don't nullify. build up your base and once you're ready, start nullifying. this is the long route to this map.

I know this is an older map, but I have just started playing through your creations.  I liked this one.  I played it several ways.  The pop up emitter caused some problems, but I got it!
