Cheap, effective, and fast. The Skirmisher class combat vessel is peerless in its speed, both for construction, and for battle. While fragile and easily destroyed, it makes up for it, by being able to outrun any threat, and respond to attacks en masse. Best used in fleets of 4 or more, it is still a versatile threat on its own.
