Desc:
Sixth in the Sol Navy, "Santo" is the only dedicated carrier in the Fleet. Equipted with 4 stealth fighters and energy tank, the Santo sacrifices hull integrety and speed for outmatched long range superiority.

It would seem you could take some of the extra hull layers on the front and back to armor the CM, Guppy and Tank.

Better yet - locate them between the fighter bases, along with the missiles. This reduces the armour required to contain everything safely.
