Why take an unstoppable force when you can have an immovable object? The Aegis is barely scratched by the strongest Particulate storms. With enough internal reactors to sustain shield integrity independent of any power supply, the fully-built Aegis is a sight to behold. Please note that the Aegis is not entirely immovable, and does require a modest amount of downtime or external supply in order to conduct repairs.

It is here now. Note the long build time and vulnerability to Stunners.

Historical note: Rising Star has used this ship as a demonstration of the capabilities of the Factory, and its successor, the Shipyard.
