All is in the title , someone know in what is programmed Creeper world 3 arc eternal or particle fleet ? ( seem to be the same " engine " )
In case of a third party game programmer , what's the name of him ?

CW3 and PF are C# and Unity. The scripting language is CRPL or PRPL, respectively.

The games are made, as it says in the credits, by one Virgil Wall, with some graphical and phonic resources from others, again listed in the credits.

Custom maps, scripting included, come from the community.
