Desc:
Third part of the Alonia series, I hope you will enjoy it. New info: 1. I will use(d) crpl cores for decoration (mostly unfunctional) too. 2. I MAY change unit costs, but it's not guaranteed. 3. Message artifacts are used for story conversations, rarely for actual message artifacts, so if I will, i'lI use specific terrain around it. Have fun with this map! :D -Frozone

Funny map.
I played it the way it is meant to be as well as the quick way. I tried several times, I can't beat Silver, haha.
In the story-play way it's a fun map too, with guppies carrying around.  :)

Sometimes there is a strategy that the map designer intended you to take, but a short cut is available, usually because emitters or spore towers are unprotected early in the game and can be nullified before they become a nuisance. Inhibitors are just asking to be nullified early.

In this map, the
Spoiler
right spore tower can be nullified before it fires and replaced by a mortar. A few bombers and strafers kills enough of the digitalis by the inhibitor to allow a nullifier to be built. Game over.

In my opinion, there are two ways of playing CW3:
1.) play a relaxing RTS, building energy-units, building attack and defense units, etc.
2.) consider it a puzzle, try to find a way to be as fast as possible, like RrR well described
Mostly, at first, I play it the first way, and when finished and see that another player has a very fast time, I can't resist trying to be as fast as can.
In your map:

1. the guppy is already full of energy, it helps building faster. Since you have to get the message-icon, with your CN, first set your CN on that "island". At the same time, build collectors and canons near the inhabitor. When the canons are ready, you can build a nullifier there. Move your CN to finish the job.
Sounds easy? It is, it's just a little puzzling  :D
